SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Lethbridge

Great customer service! The front desk staff was very helpful in ensuring we got a room with a quiet location. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel location was quick to find when arriving to town after a long journey. Lots of places to eat nearby.

The room is big- a lot of space, there is a big desk with a chair, mirror everywhere, very clean. new equipment, Breakfast is O.K. The place is professionally managed, Staff are kind. I would recommend to others. I will return if i will be looking for hotel in this area in the future.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. the motel was clean, beds were great and the motel was nice and quiet. The location was perfect. Very relaxing stay and will definitely be using this motel again.

The warm welcome, clean and comfortable room, short walk to bars/Restaurants. Great for a stopover on route to Yellowstone.

The breakfast was a good surprise. The hot food choices were better than expected with the covid restrictions everywhere. We appreciated that the hotel required vaccination passports to access the breakfast and the hot tub area. Made us feel safe.
